Mucha cultura, poca empatía

Este DOMINGO quiero empezar a hablar de la CULTURA:

¿Qué es para vosotros la cultura? Desde mi punto de vista, la cultura son todos aquellos conocimientos, costumbres y lugares históricos que llegaron a formar una parte importante en la vida de nuestros antepasados o bien acontecimientos, literarios o no literarios, de la actualidad.

Aquí podéis ver un circo romano, donde los romanos solían realizar diversos espectáculos, la mayoría de ellos sangrientos. Pues bien, es cultura saber las peculiaridades de la vida romana, en definitiva estaríamos hablando de sus relaciones sociales. Disfrutaban viendo sufrir a los demás, así como a otros animales.

Esta foto está tomada en la actualidad. Ahora no tienen lugar aquellas barbaridades que hacían los romanos, ahora las personas creen considerarse más avanzadas y desarrolladas. Hoy en día podemos visitar el Coliseo romano para aprender cultura. Es cierto, se han dejado atrás esas crueldades que se realizaban en aquella época.

Pero... ¿Se han dejado del todo?

Considero que estas dos imágenes hablan por sí solas. Esta vez la humanidad no ha deshecho los actos de crueldad sinó que los ha provocado y los ha llamado CULTURA. En vez de evolucionar y empatizar, en el siglo XXI puedo decir que seguimos siendo aquellos romanos, o por lo menos aquellas personas que siguen disfrutando con la muerte de otros seres vivos.

Cuando empieza el espectáculo, es evidente que el toro sale con rabia a la plaza, aunque muchas veces se queda parado sin saber qué hacer. Está acorralado. En fin, antes de salir a escena el animal pasa por ''MAQUILLAJE''. Sí, así es, sus ojos son impregnados con una especie de vaselina para que vea un poco borroso, algo así como si se hubiera ido de fiesta. Entre otras cosas, le ofrecerán algunos toques de ''cariño'' con un pincho y así consiguen cabrearle un poco.

Algunas personas se atreven a decir que no puede dejar de existir la tauromaquia porque eso provocaría que los toros se extinguieran. Considero que se extinguen si nosotros queremos, pero en el caso de que así sea, porque solo los quieren para torearlos, aún así, sería mejor propuesta que se extinguieran antes que seguir muriendo de una forma tan cruel.

Muchas veces en mi vida me he parado a pensar cómo puede estar el público viendo aquel espectáculo en vivo o en la televisión. Os reconozco que yo he visto imágenes de pasada en televisiones de cualquier bar y no he podido aguantar las lágrimas. No sabría deciros si era por pena o rabia, quizás por las dos cosas. Pena por el animal y rabia por los otros animales que se divierten mientras lo ven con sus cañas y sus aceitunas, a la vez que por los otros que ganan dinero realizando el fantástico SHOW. Perdón, se me había olvidado, también me dan pena los segundos porque no saben divertirse de otra forma que no sea como lo hacían los romanos y porque no conocen un sentimiento llamado empatía.

Una vez más el dinero mueve el mundo. Todo el mundo del toreo es una máquina de sacar dinero y mientras a la gente le guste, a pesar de no ser nada ético, los partidos políticos y las empresas apoyan todo lo que haga falta.

También hay gente que parece lavarse las manos con este asunto y afirman que no están ni en contra ni a favor. Desde mi punto de vista, las personas que desvelan esta opinión es porque se están dejando llevar por lo que toda la gente ve normal. Lamento decir que no todo lo que nos enseña como NORMAL es normal. Existe una palabra que se llama EVOLUCIONAR y otra que es REFLEXIONAR sobre aquello que está bien y está mal.

Por último os pediré que imaginéis que ya no se torean toros porque han pasado de moda y se empiezan a torear otro tipo de animales, quizás consigáis apartar de esta forma aquello que os presentan como normal. Para mi torear no es solo matar, sinó también ridiculizar a otro animal para hacerle sentir inferior. Es cierto que el ser humano es el animal más evolucionado en la actualidad, o al menos eso creemos, pero no se aprovecha de ello para demostrarlo a los otros animales o poder ayudarles, considera que es mejor ridiculizar. Es como si tus padres te ridiculizaran cuando eres niño porque saben que son superiores en conocimientos a ti.

Ante todo, no puedo decir que respete a aquellas personas que les gusten los toros, pero sí puedo decir que os brindo la oportunidad para reflexionar por vosotros mismos y si queréis cambiar vuestro punto de vista siempre tendréis la puerta abierta. Gracias por haber leído este escrito, penséis de una forma u otra. No puedo decir más que IMPOTENCIA, lo siento si no la compartís y me alegro si así es.

This SUNDAY I want to start talking about the CULTURE:

What is culture for you? From my point of view, culture is all the knowledge, customs and historical places that came to form an important part in the life of our ancestors or events, literary or non-literary, today.

Here you can see a Roman circus, where romans used to perform several shows, most of them bloody. Well, culture is to know the peculiarities of Roman life, really be talking about their social relationships. They enjoyed watching other persons suffer as well as other animals.

This photo is taken today. Now, there haven't got place those atrocities like the romans, people believe now considered more advanced and developed. Today you can visit the Colosseum to learn culture. It's right, they have left behind those atrocities that were carried out at the time.

But ... They have left at all?

I consider these two images speak for themselves. This time humanity has not undone but the cruelty that has caused and has called CULTURE. Instead of evolving and empathize, in the XXI century I can say that we are still those romans, or at least those who still enjoy the death of other animals.

When the show begins, it is clear that the bull out angrily to the square, but often he stands helplessly. It's cornered. Finally, before going on stage goes through the animal '' UP ''. Yes, that's right, your eyes are imbued with a kind of Vaseline to see a little fuzzy, like if the bull would come back to a party. Many times in my life I stopped to think how the audience can be watching the spectacle live or on television. I acknowledge that I have seen television images passing in any bar and I could not hold back the tears. I could not tell if it was grief or anger, perhaps both. Sorry for the animal and anger from other animals having fun while they watch it with their beers and olives, also for others who make money doing the fantastic show. Sorry, I forgot, also I feel sorry for the latter because they can not have fun otherwise than as the romans did and they don't know a feeling called empathy.

Again, money moves the world. Bullfighting is a machine to withdraw money and while people like there will continue existing, despite being nothing ethical, political parties and companies support everything it takes.

There are also people who seem to wash their hands with this issue and say they are neither against nor in favor. From my point of view, people who reveal this review is because they are leaving out so everyone looks normal. I regret to say that everything that teaches us how to NORMAL is not normal. There is a word called evolve and reflect on what is right and wrong.

Finally, I invite you to imagine that bulls aren't torean and there would begin to goad other animals, perhaps you might attain this away so that you have as normal. Bullfighting is not only killing, also ridicule another animal to make him feel inferior. It's true that the human is the animal most evolved today, or at least we think so, but we don't take advantage of it to prove to other animals or to help, we find it best to ridicule.
